Golf Day – 30 January 2026 Venue: Middelburg Country Club PURPOSE OF THE DAY The Middelburg Junior Rugby Club came to life in 2024, driven by a group of committed fathers who wanted to create additional opportunities and game time for their sons. The vision was to build a club environment similar to established city rugby structures, enabling our players to compete in off-season leagues and gain valuable exposure by playing against well-known clubs such as Tuks, Harlequins, and Naka Bulls. Only two years later, the club proudly stands with over 240 registered players from U/7 to U/13, and has already made a noticeable impact both in Middelburg and within Mpumalanga. Funds raised through this Golf Day directly support: Hosting of match days- Medics & Referees. Our annual Mankele tour- Transport & Accommodation. Replacement and upgrading of training equipment and playing kits.   Your support ensures the continued growth and long-term sustainability of the club. EVENT DETAILS Registration: from 08h30   18-Hole Shotgun Start: 09h30 Format: American Scramble – 4 Ball Alliance (2 scores to count) Handicaps: Players without an official handicap will play off 14   Prize Giving: 17h00 Lucky Draw Giveaways throughout the day   Golf Carts: Available to book directly via MCC R3,000 per 4-ball (golf carts not included) Carts can be booked directly with Middelburg Country Club.   ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS Donations toward gift bags or prize sponsorships are sincerely appreciated.
